Today, Grisel is a certified Organization Development Process Consultant (ODPC) with over 20 years of experience in coaching, consultation, and strategic design. Her mission is to help organizations reduce staffing issues due to turnover while improving team cohesion, workplace culture, employee engagement, and the team’s alignment to the organization’s strategic goals.
Industries Grisel has worked in include healthcare, multibillion-dollar non-profit organizations, volunteer organizations, behavioral health, wholesale manufacturing, mechanical, retail, child care, and personal care/service settings.
