Grisel has always been interested in Organization Development. In fact, her first job at the tender age of 14 was in a manufacturing setting where she was first exposed to the importance of having a strong team rowing in the same direction. From her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Florida to her Master’s Degree at Western Michigan University, Grisel’s journey went from Counseling Psychology to the science of Organizational Behavior Management in work settings. Today, Grisel is a certified Organization Development Process Consultant (ODPC) with over 20 years of experience in coaching, consultation, and strategic design. Her mission is to help organizations reduce staffing issues due to turnover while improving team cohesion, workplace culture, employee engagement, and the team’s alignment to the organization’s strategic goals. Industries Grisel has worked in include healthcare, multibillion-dollar non-profit organizations, volunteer organizations, behavioral health, wholesale manufacturing, mechanical, retail, child care, and personal care/service settings. Grisel is a passionate out-of-the-box thinker who focuses on strengths, inclusion, and positive psychology. With a hunger for continuous learning, Grisel stays razor sharp with bold, cutting-edge practices that shake tradition, positively impact the organizational culture, and yield sustainable profitability outcomes.
