Long ago, in a land far away, where people walked their pet alligators (on leashes of course), Josh professionally unleashed his passion for helping others at the University of Florida. He went on to explore the foreign frontier of Los Angeles where he completed his Masters in Social Work from the University of Southern California and began actualizing his purpose by empowering people to be their best selves while navigating through adversity. After working with numerous agencies in the nonprofit sector as a therapist, Josh realized the world was calling for organizations to make wellbeing and resiliency part of their culture so that employees find meaning in their work and remain strong during business uncertainty. With this realization, Josh set off on a quest to help leaders, teams, and organizations design and systematically track wellbeing initiatives that demonstrate transformational outcomes for people and businesses. As a coach for nearly a decade, obtaining numerous certifications, and being a Director of Organizational Development for a large company, Josh co-founded MindEye Performance as a way to send the ripple effect of organizational wellness on a grand scale. When Josh isn't coaching leaders, facilitating organizational experiences, or speaking in front of an engaged audience, you'll find him spending time with his wife and son, rolling around in mud during mud runs, exploring local breweries, and simply playing video games on the couch at home.
